Malham Cove & Tarn – Easy(ish) Circular walk – Dec 2012

Everywhere looks better under a little snow and today there was up to 2ft in some parts. This was a very enjoyable walk from Malham village up to Malham Tarn, and back along the Pennine Way past Malham Cove.

Grade Easy but could be tough for a beginner
Distance 6 miles
Time 3 hrs
Low Point 170 metres
High Point 390 metres
Terrain Roads, fields and fells
Bogs Ice and snow today. Could have otherwise been muddy.
Dogs No dog with me today but ok on leads. A few cows to be aware of.
