Today we just headed out to take the dog for a little walk with no real route planned. We ended up walking up between Parlick and Wolf Fell, making the walk a full circular.
After a slightly tricky ascent up the ridge between Parlick and Wolf Fell we were rewarded by some pretty spectacular views down towards Wolfen Hall and Chipping.
We didn’t walk up to the top of Parlick but if anyone finds this page looking for a Parlick Fell walk, it is easy to divert to the top of the fell, rather than taking the flank as we did.
Parlick Fell is a great fell for anyone in West Lancashire wanting to get into fell walking.
